1. What Velaaa Is

Velaaa is an AI-powered idea management platform designed to help founders capture, develop, and refine their ideas. We help you organise your thinking, generate AI-powered suggestions based on your inputs, and build on your ideas over time. We are not a financial adviser, legal adviser, consultant, or professional services firm of any kind. Nothing in the service constitutes professional advice.

Velaaa is a product of Kuchai Studio Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. By using Velaaa you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Your Account

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use the service.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. What You Can Do

  • Create, organise, and develop your ideas within the platform.
  • Use AI-powered suggestions, insights, and ideation features within your plan limits.
  • Export your data at any time.
  • Delete your data at any time from your account settings.

4. What You Cannot Do

  • Use Velaaa for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to access other users' data or circumvent security measures.
  • Upload or submit content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringes third-party rights.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or programmatically access the service outside of normal use.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the service.
  • Use the service in any way that violates the terms or policies of any of our AI service providers.

5. Plans and Billing

  • We offer a free plan with limited Engine sessions and a Pro plan with unlimited access.
  • The Pro plan is billed on a recurring monthly basis.
  • Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

6. Your Data

  • You own the content and ideas you submit to Velaaa. We do not claim ownership over your data.
  • We process your data solely to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • You grant us a limited licence to process your data for the purpose of providing the service — including AI suggestions, storage, and display.
  • We will not sell your data to third parties.

7. AI Features

  • AI-powered suggestions and insights are provided as-is. They may contain errors or inaccuracies.
  • AI-generated content is not professional, legal, financial, or business advice. Do not make important decisions based solely on AI output.
  • We use Anthropic's API to power AI features. Your data sent to the AI is not used to train Anthropic's models.
  • You must not use AI features in any way that violates Anthropic's usage policies.

8. Availability

  • We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime.
  • We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects access to the service.
  • We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime or interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Velaaa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We are not liable for any loss of data, business, revenue, or damages arising from your use of the service.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated suggestions or insights.

10. Intellectual Property

  • Velaaa, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Kuchai Studio Limited.
  • You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the service.
  • Your content remains yours — we make no claim to intellectual property over what you create.

11. Termination

  • You may close your account at any time by contacting us at velaaa.team@gmail.com or from your account settings.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with notice where practical.
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
